Production Technology:
All rails are produced in our Telescopic Rail production facility with fully automatic machines.
It is only produced as coated.
The rail consists of 3 parts (Inner, Middle and Outer Rail) and allows the drawer to open and come out completely.
It has ease of assembly with the feature of being separated from each other.
It is a STRONG and ECONOMIC rail in the telescopic rail series.
Thanks to the push-open mechanism, your drawers without handles open and close by themselves.
Production is made with ISO quality system.
It has been subjected to all internationally recognised tests and certified.
We also have a certificate compatible with human health.

ASSEMBLY:
There are 32 and multiples of the international standard hole system.
Holes suitable for the drawer are drilled. The removed inner rail is screwed to the drawer.
It is screwed to the drawer with only 2 screws (YHB M4 Bolt or YHB Ø 3,5 Chipboard).
The gap between the frame and the drawer is left 13 mm.
Thanks to the latch on the inner rail, the drawer can be separated from the frame.

When your cargo is delivered, if there is a deformation in the package of the product or a situation that may damage the product, open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a record and do not receive the package. The products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged.
